WHO CAN ENTER.
Anyone 18 or older can enter. If you are younger than 18, only your parent or guardian may enter your photo.
THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN THE CONTEST.
Purchasing a product or service from Rock Racing or any of its affiliated companies will not have any influence on or improve your chances of winning.
WHEN TO ENTER.
The contest begins June 1, 2008 and ends June 30, 2008.
WHERE TO ENTER.
The contest runs on the photo sharing site Flickr.com. Simply log in or create a free Flickr.com account and follow the instructions below to enter your photos.

We reserve the right to disqualify photos for any reason.
ADDITIONAL RULES.
If other people are in your photos, you need to submit their name, address and phone number so we can call to get their permission if we want to post the photo. Their information will not be used for solicitation purposes or given to a third party.
You are voluntarily sending us your photos. So, if you submit your photos, including your name and contact info, you are giving us permission to post and reuse your photos at our discretion. Also, if you are selected as a winner your name will be posted along with your winning photograph.
Failure to submit your entry according to the above requirements will disqualify you from the contest.
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, and provincial taxes on any prizes awarded.
Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
WINNING.
The Grand Prize winner will be chosen and announced by July 15, 2008 and the Grand Prize will be awarded by July 30, 2008. The Grand Prize winner will be selected at the discretion of the judges based on the quality of his or her submitted photograph(s). Decisions of contest judges are final. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value of $643. Gift Package winners will be selected randomly from entries received. Each Gift Package has an approximate retail value of $58. The odds of winning depend in part on the number of entries. The expected number of entries is roughly 500.

ENTRANT’S INDEMNIFICATION.
By entering the contest, each entrant expressly agrees to at all times defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Rock Racing and its affiliated companies from and against any and all third party claims (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and disburesements) that: (a) any submitted photo infringes on such third party’s intellectual property rights; and (B) that any submitted photo was published without the consent of the subject(s) in such photo.
ENTRANT’S WARRANTY.
By entering this contest, the entrant warrants the submitted photographs are originals taken by the entrant, have not been tampered with, and are complete originals in all other aspects. No part of them is taken from or based off of any other work, nor do they infringe upon someone else’s rights or any copyrighted material; also, the reproduction, redistribution, or any other use of the photographs by Rock Racing in any form will not infringe upon any copyright or personal rights either directly or indirectly.
ENTRANT’S RELEASE.
Entrants: (1) acknowledge acceptance of these official rules and agree to adhere to and be bound by them, and (2) release, discharge, and hold harmless, Rock Racing and its past and present directors, officers, owners, employees, agents, and affiliated entities, representatives, partners, assigns, and successors, from and against any and all claims, debts, liabilities, demands, obligations, costs, fees, expenses, actions, and causes of action whatsoever of every nature, character, and description, known and unknown, including but not limited to (a) any human typographical error relating to or in connection with the contest including but not limited to errors that may occur in the administration of the contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any contest-related materials, (b) late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, (c) the quality of the published images, (d) the negligence of Rock Racing, or (e) any condition caused by events that may cause the contest to be disrupted or terminated.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
To the extent that the contest is offered and administered through the Internet and through e-mail, Rock Racing shall not be responsible or liable if the Internet, any website, or e-mail, is not capable of properly functioning, for any reason, nor shall Rock Racing be responsible or liable for, nor does Rock Racing make any representations or warranties regarding: (1) infection of the entrant’s computer or other electronic device by computer virus(es) or other malicious code, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, vandalism, or any other cause beyond the control of Rock Racing which corrupts or affects the security, integrity, or proper administration of the contest; and (2) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, faulty transmission or communication, provider failure(s), destruction, or unauthorized access to any contest activities conducted or information transmitted via the Internet; (3) any technical malfunction of any networks, telephone lines, cable networks, cable lines, on-line contest upload systems, servers, equipment, or software; (4) any failure to timely receive an entry due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, phone, DSL, or cable lines, or any combination thereof; and (5) any injury or damage to a contest entrant’s computer or peripheral equipment or software related to or resulting from participation in the contest.
