Los Angeles, CA (June 8, 2008) – As Philly Week comes to a close, Rock Racing, the most-talked about team in professional cycling, announces an on-line photo contest that will give fans the opportunity to share their favorite Rock Racing photos for a chance to win a full team kit and other popular Rock Racing gear.

The contest will run on the photo sharing site, Flickr.com through the group “Rock Racing Photo Contest 2008.” (http://www.flickr.com/groups/702229@N25/)

To enter, fans will be required to join the group “Rock Racing Photo Contest 2008”, upload their photos and include a brief description of where the photo was taken and why it was selected. All entries will be reviewed by a final judging panel, a group that will include Rock Racing Team Owner, Michael Ball.

“We’ve experienced such an overwhelmingly passionate and positive response to Rock Racing since we entered the pro cycling arena last year,” said Ball. “We wanted to get the fans more involved and give them a platform to show us all the different reasons why they love the team.”

The grand-prize winner will receive a full team kit including a jersey, bib shorts, arm warmers, knee warmers, gloves, socks and shoe covers in the team’s signature “venom” design. All entries received will also be eligible to win one of five gift packs, which include a Rock Racing t-shirt, water bottle and trucker hat, to be awarded in a random drawing at the conclusion of the contest.
